Social Media Manager

Role Overview

We are looking for a strategic and creative Social Media Manager to take ownership of our social media channels. This person will be responsible for developing and implementing content strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate is a savvy storyteller who understands the power of digital communities and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute a data-driven social media strategy across platforms (e.g. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube).

Create, curate, and schedule engaging content including posts, stories, reels, videos, and live sessions.

Monitor performance and insights using analytics tools and report on KPIs such as reach, engagement, traffic, and follower growth.

Manage the content calendar, ensuring alignment with marketing campaigns, product launches, and company initiatives.

Engage with our online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and brand-appropriate manner.

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to produce high-quality multimedia assets.

Stay updated with social media trends, tools, algorithms, and best practices to ensure relevance and innovation.

Manage and optimize paid social media campaigns as needed.

Monitor competitors and industry trends to identify new growth opportunities.
