The candidate will collaborate closely with our graphics designers, video editors, and content developers to bring creative ideas to life. This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to ensure our clients’ social media handles grow consistently while maintaining brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the social media team and oversee daily operations.
• Plan and execute creative, engaging, and data-driven social media strategies for clients across multiple industries.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters to guide content direction and ensure quality.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong communication and building long-term relationships.
• Analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and optimize strategies for growth.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and platform updates to keep our clients ahead of the curve.
• Ensure smooth functioning of the social media vertical with minimal supervision.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role in an agency environment.
• Strong knowledge of all major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Ability to lead a team and inspire creativity.
• Excellent communication, client-handling, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with strong analytical skills.
• Reliability and accountability are must-haves for this role.
