Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (in coordination with design & content team).
Set up, monitor, and optimize
paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
for lead generation, brand awareness, and sales.
Track ad performance metrics such as CPC, CTR, ROAS, and generate reports.
Manage budgets for social media campaigns to ensure cost-effective results.
Engage with the audience through comments, DMs, and community management.
Stay updated with latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes to improve performance.

Requirements:

Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of
social media management tools
(Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
Hands-on experience in
running paid ads
(Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
Knowledge of key metrics and ability to analyze data-driven insights.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
