Social Media Manager

About CineFunk Studios

We’re not just a production house — we’re a creative playground where ads, short films, music videos, and branded content come alive. Now, we’re looking for a Social Media Manager who can help us grow our digital presence and make CineFunk’s voice impossible to ignore.

Your Role

• Develop and execute creative social media strategies across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and more.
• Plan and schedule content (posts, reels, stories, campaigns) aligned with CineFunk’s brand voice.
• Work closely with the creative and video teams to produce scroll-stopping content.
• Track analytics, measure performance, and optimize for growth.
• Spot trends, viral moments, and creative opportunities before anyone else.
• Build community engagement by interacting with followers, clients, and industry peers.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience managing social media for brands/agencies (or killer freelance work).
• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and trending formats.
• Creative writing skills with an eye for design and storytelling.
• Knowledge of basic design/video tools (Canva, Premiere, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus.
• A proactive, idea-first mindset — someone who lives and breathes social media.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Vadgaon Sheri, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Experience:

• Social media management: 1 year (Preferred)
