Social Media Manager

We're hiring a Social Media Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to align with business goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistency in voice, style, and branding.
• Monitor SEO and social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices.
• Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner.
• Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content.
• Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms; monitor performance and optimize for results.
• Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, follower growth, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
• Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant online communities.
• Stay up-to-date with changes in social platforms’ algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creativity and ability to produce engaging multimedia content.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
