We're hiring a Social Media Manager with at least 5 years of hands-on experience in planning, creating, and managing social media content across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy to align with business goals. Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube. Manage social media accounts, ensuring consistency in voice, style, and branding. Monitor SEO and social media trends, tools, applications, and best practices. Respond to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce high-quality content. Run paid ad campaigns on social platforms; monitor performance and optimize for results. Track KPIs (engagement, reach, conversion, follower growth, etc.) and prepare performance reports. Engage with influencers, brand advocates, and relevant online communities. Stay up-to-date with changes in social platforms’ algorithms and adjust strategies accordingly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role (2+ years preferred). Strong understanding of social media platforms and analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creativity and ability to produce engaging multimedia content. Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and Google Analytics is a plus. Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
