SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager with 2 years of hands-on experience to manage and grow our brand presence across social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in content planning, execution, audience engagement, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and schedule engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and others.
• Manage day-to-day social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages.
• Develop monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals and campaigns.
• Create captions, hashtags, and basic creatives (coordination with design team).
• Analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools.
• Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Track trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and content teams for campaign execution.
• Maintain consistent brand voice and visual identity.
• Prepare regular performance reports and improvement suggestions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, etc.
• Basic understanding of paid ads, reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Excellent communication and content writing skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills

• Experience in B2B or IT industry
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• Video content planning (Reels, Shorts)
