SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER

* Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies that align with Karwan’s brand identity and business goals.

2. Create engaging, high-quality content (posts, reels, stories, graphics, and videos) that reflects Karwan’s unique aesthetic.

3. Manage day-to-day operations of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter/X, and YouTube.

4. Track trends, hashtags, and competitor activities to continuously improve content strategy.

5. Build and nurture Karwan’s online community by engaging with followers through comments, DMs, and interactive content.

6. Collaborate with the design, content, and marketing teams to maintain consistent branding across platforms.

7. Plan, execute, and monitor paid ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI.

8. Measure and report the performance of social media campaigns using analytics tools and insights.

9. Stay updated with the latest platform updates, tools, and industry best practices.

* Requirements

1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.

2. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and trending content formats.

3. Exceptional skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling.

5. Proficiency with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).

6. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.

7. A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.

8. Comfortable being in front of the camera for content such as reels, stories, or brand videos.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
