Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to oversee and manage our presence across social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, and publishing engaging content such as posts, stories, reels, posters, and videos that align with our brand voice. They will also analyze performance metrics, run campaigns, and ensure consistent growth and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and leads.
• Manage daily operations of platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and others.
• Design, create, and edit content including graphics, posters, reels, and videos.
• Plan and schedule content calendars aligned with campaigns, events, and promotions.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitors to stay updated with social media practices.
• Engage with followers, respond to queries/messages, and build an online community.
• Run paid advertising campaigns and monitor their performance (if applicable).
• Analyze insights, prepare monthly reports, and recommend strategies for improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook & Instagram algorithms and best practices.
• Proficiency in design tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator) and video editing software.
• Creative mindset with storytelling and copywriting skills.
• Basic knowledge of paid promotions and ad campaign management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
