Social Media Manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month

We are currently searching for a dedicated, talented, and highly-creative candidate, with an audience-first mindset, who would be responsible for creating marketing strategies to promote our company and also maintain the social media presence.

Your duties will include planning, implementing, and monitoring our digital marketing campaigns across all digital networks. Our ideal candidate is someone with experience in marketing and social media management. In addition to being an outstanding communicator, you will also need to demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills.

• Any graduation with good academic records from a reputed institute.
• Professional experience minimum of 1-2 years, and consistency in the job roles.
• Candidates having technical knowledge in architecture/civil/MEP or in BIM or Construction field will be given much priority

Roles and responsibilities:

• Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing including emails, and social media platforms.
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, and target audience.
• Work with your team to brainstorm new and innovative growth strategies.
• Editing content to be posted on Websites and Blogs.
• Writing and proofreading creative copy
• Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of consistent standards of service and products
• Implementing SEO best practices.

Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms (Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc), best practices, and website analytics.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is preferred.
• Familiar with Canva, Mailchimp, Stripo, and similar marketing platforms
• Possess a creative writing flair
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
• Time management skills.
