We are looking to hire a Procurement/Purchase Executive to join the company. The candidate must: 1. Be based in New Delhi, India 2. Be willing to travel to the office located in South Extension part 2. 3. Be adept in coordinating with the site incharges, understanding material requirements and ordering the same in a timely manner. 5. Be adept in coordinating with vendors for ordering and timely delivery, maintaining stock records and expenditure reports. 6. Must be an Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English Roles and responsibilities: 1. Understanding and consolidating the material requirements from the site supervisors. 2. Managing the procurement process of material and coordinating with vendors for timeline and logistics. 3. Negotiating the prices and researching vendor pools. 4. Maintaining records of stock and expenses. Generating monthly expenditure reports 5. Understanding material specifications and correlating with site requirements.
