Social Media Manager

We are looking for a talented Social Media Marketing Manager. You will be responsible for creating original content, managing posts, building plans, calendars, and responding to followers. We also expect you to be up-to-date with the latest digital technologies and social media trends and tools. You should have excellent communication and creative skills and be able to express our company’s views creatively.

Responsibilities:

• Implement social media strategy to align with marketing goals.
• Collaborate with the Design & copy team to get the advertisement resources made.
• Perform extensive research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily or as per requirement after
• consultations with the team leads.
• Run ads on Facebook & Instagram.
• Should be well versed with organic marketing methods (Social Media)
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Communicate with followers, respond to queries in a timely manner and monitor customer reviews.

Must Have Knowledge:

• Facebook & Instagram Ads
• Google Ads
• Google Analytics
• Facebook Analytics
• Google Data Reporting
• Shopify (Added Advantage)

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Social Media Manager actively handling Instagram,
• Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn etc.
• Hands-on experience in working, monitoring, and improving on different social media
• performance metrics.
• Excellent creative skills.
• In-depth knowledge of ads and ROI Ad campaigns.
• Analytical and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work on projects as well as manage team responsibilities.
• Driven towards providing new insights on marketing campaigns.
• Monitor social media performance & build user engagement, branding & traffic.
• Knowledge of Digital Marketing and should collaborate with team members to achieve great results.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Brief idea about Facebook and Instagram advertisement
• Organized and proper reporting skills.
