Social Media Management Intern

Role Overview

You’ll work closely with our marketing and creative teams to design posts, reels, carousels, and short videos that align with our campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

• Plan, schedule, and publish content across

  LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms

• Maintain a content calendar and ensure timely posting
• Research trending topics, hashtags, and formats relevant to HSF’s niche
• Engage with followers — respond to comments, messages, and interact with relevant accounts
  

Design & Content Creation

• Design

  social media creatives, carousels, and short-form videos

  in line with brand guidelines
• Develop

  engaging reels, YouTube thumbnails, and story formats

• Repurpose content from our video library into platform-specific posts
• Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm campaign visuals and ideas
  

Performance Tracking

• Track and report engagement, reach, and other key metrics
• Suggest improvements for better reach and audience growth
  

Must-Have Skills

• Strong design skills using

  Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop

• Basic understanding of

  social media strategy

  (especially LinkedIn & Instagram)
• Ability to create

  both static and motion-based content

  (simple animations, transitions)
• Good copywriting sense for captions and post text
• Creativity, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines
  

Bonus Skills (Good to Have)

• Video editing skills (Premiere Pro / After Effects / CapCut)
• Experience in personal branding content for founders or entrepreneurs
• Understanding of B2B marketing for LinkedIn
