Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Social Media Lead Generator to develop and implement social media strategies that drive lead generation and conversion. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of social media platforms, content creation, and lead generation tactics. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and executing social media campaigns, managing social media budgets, and analysing campaign results to optimize future efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute social media strategies

   : Create and implement social media campaigns that drive lead generation and conversion.

2. Content creation

   : Develop high-quality, engaging content (posts, tweets, stories, etc.) that resonates with our target audience.

3. Social media advertising

   : Manage social media budgets and create targeted ads on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.

4. Lead generation

   : Optimize social media campaigns to generate high-quality leads and convert them into sales.

5. Analytics and reporting

   : Track and analyse campaign results, providing insights and recommendations to optimize future efforts.

6. Collaboration

   : Work with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, and product) to align social media efforts with business objectives.

7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends

   : Continuously monitor and apply the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates.

Requirements:

1. Experience

   : 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media lead generation.

2. Education

   : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

3. Skills

   :
• Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
• Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.).
• Strong content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video production, etc.).
• Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.).
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

4. Tools and software

   : Familiarity with relevant tools and social media management platforms.

Nice to Have:

1. Certifications

2. Experience with CRM software
