Stay up-to-date with industry trends : Continuously monitor and apply the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates. Requirements: Experience : 2-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media lead generation. Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Skills : Proficient in social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Experience with social media advertising (Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, etc.). Strong content creation skills (writing, graphic design, video production, etc.). Analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Tools and software : Familiarity with relevant tools and social media management platforms. Nice to Have: Certifications : Google Analytics, Facebook Blueprint, HubSpot Inbound Marketing, or similar certifications.
