Girafe is a dynamic and innovative company committed to creating impactful digital experiences. We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team and support our online presence across various platforms.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging social media content, especially Reels and short-form videos.
• Confidently appear on camera for social media shoots and brand-related content.
• Actively participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative and trending content ideas.
• Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing content across various platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, etc.).
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, etc., for content generation, idea brainstorming, and caption writing.
• Create visually appealing social media creatives using Canva or similar design tools.
• Monitor platform performance, trends, and engagement metrics to optimize content strategy.
• Support in maintaining a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.

Requirements:

• Passionate about social media and enjoys being part of a creative, collaborative team.
• Confident and comfortable facing the camera for shoots.
• Well-spoken and fluent in English, with strong communication skills.
• Creative mindset with the ability to bring fresh and engaging content ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media trends, analytics, and platform algorithms.
• A personal Instagram account with an organic follower base of at least 2K–3K followers is preferred.
• Basic proficiency in Canva and a good sense of design aesthetics
• Ability to use AI tools effectively for content ideation and execution
• A portfolio or examples of previous content/projects handled is required.
