Job Description

  • Were looking for someone who understands how to craft digital presence who knows that every post, caption, and story is an opportunity to showcase what we do and why it matters.

What You'll Actually Do

  • Own and manage our content pipeline across platforms
  • Shoot and edit visual-first content for Tangle
  • Write captions that are sharp, clear, and aligned with our brand tone
  • Plan and schedule posts, ensuring consistent publishing
  • Collaborate with the design and video team to turn work into content
  • Monitor performance and suggest improvements whats working, whats noise
  • Experiment with formats and content buckets that reflect our thinking
What Were Looking For
  • Strong writing and communication skills clear, not corporate
  • Interest in branding, design, tech, and business
  • A mind that organizes information well, with a human tone
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple moving parts
  • Based in Pune and available to work onsite
