Who We're Looking For:

We are seeking passionate and driven Social Media Interns who have completed digital marketing certification programs from reputed institutes like IIDE, Digital Vidya, or DigiPerform. This role is perfect for freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of experience who are eager to apply their skills in a real-world environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, scheduling, and posting content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Create basic creatives using tools like Canva or Adobe Spark
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and copy tailored to each platform
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and platform updates
• Track performance using analytics tools and prepare weekly performance reports
• Support campaign ideation and brainstorming sessions
• Engage with followers, respond to comments and DMs in brand tone
• Research influencer collaborations or user-generated content opportunities

Requirements:

• Certification in Digital Marketing from IIDE, Digital Vidya, or DigiPerform
• Good understanding of different social media platforms and best practices
• Strong written communication and creative thinking skills
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, Buffer/Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• A portfolio or example work (if available) will be a plus
• Eagerness to learn, contribute ideas, and grow in the digital marketing field

We're looking to hire a people person who can make candidates feel comfortable quickly and can attract talent. This will be a full-time role with Work from Office. We follow a proper reporting mechanism, which shall be followed and the candidate should be comfortable working on the Google Business suite and applications for daily reporting.
