Key Responsibilities

Graphics & Social Media (Primary)

• Develop and execute

  social media content strategies

  aligned with brand guidelines.
• Create

  compelling visuals

  for posts, ads, and campaigns -

  static posts, reels, stories, carousels, infographics, and videos

  .
• Collaborate with the team on

  end-to-end campaign ideation and execution

  .
• Ensure consistency with

  brand aesthetics and visual storytelling

  .
• Support

  content creation and copywriting

  for posts and campaigns.

Web & SEO (Secondary)

• Design

  website layouts, UI/UX elements, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes

  .
• Collaborate with developers to implement designs and ensure functionality.
• Maintain and update websites (content, design, and performance).
• Support

  SEO efforts and social media analytics

  .
• Bonus: Experience with

  Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar tools

  .

Requirements

• 2-3 years of work experience in a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva

  , etc.
• Proven experience creating

  visuals and videos

  for social media.
• Familiarity with

  HTML, CSS, JavaScript

  for web design is an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of

  social media strategy, analytics, and optimization

  .
• Awareness of

  AI tools for content creation

  and emerging digital trends.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and attention to detail.
• Exposure to

  healthcare/medical clients

  is a plus.
