Social Media Marketing & SEO Specialist
We’re hiring for our in-house team at Intent Health! Join a growing digital marketing company that partners with US-based healthcare brands. We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media & SEO Executive with 1.5–2 years of hands-on experience in digital content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking. Key Responsibilities: Support our team in planning and executing content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Assist with creating social posts, reels, stories, and infographics in line with brand voice. Help set up and manage paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn) while tracking performance metrics like CTR, CPC, and ROI. Monitor and engage with online communities—respond to comments and messages. Track analytics and campaign outcomes using Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc. Support SEO efforts by applying content marketing strategies, optimizing posts for search, and ensuring alignment with keyword goals. Stay up to date with trends, platform updates, and competitor activity. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Proficiency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills. 1.5–2 years of experience in social media marketing Exposure to performance marketing or influencer campaigns, preferably for medical practitioners/US based entities Strong grasp of social platforms, advertising tools, and copywriting for digital media Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Suite, and basic video editing. Familiarity with tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, SEMrush, HubSpot, Jira. Good understanding of SEO and content marketing basics. Analytical mindset with ability to optimize based on data. Awareness of AI tools for content creation and emerging trends in digital marketing. Employment Terms Work Location: Hybrid, Candidates based in Pune or Mumbai preferred.
