Position: Social Media Specialist Location: Mohali (Onsite) Organization: Willshall Consulting Overview: We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Specialist to join our team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing content across multiple platforms to strengthen our digital footprint and support brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and schedule engaging posts including text, graphics, and video content Monitor social channels and engage with followers in a timely and professional manner Plan and execute strategies to increase audience interaction and follower base Review performance metrics and use data to improve future content and campaigns Coordinate with the marketing department to align social content with broader campaigns Required Skills: Solid experience with major social media platforms and management tools Understanding of digital communication and brand messaging Strong writing and verbal communication abilities Innovative mindset with a solution-oriented approach Capable of working both independently and within a team environment Experience: 6 months to 2 years in a similar role Job Type: Full-time (Office-based role) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹120,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year Benefits: Leave encashment Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Monday to Friday Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Experience: Social media marketing: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
