Social Media Executive

We are seeking a *Social Media Marketing Executive* to manage and grow our brand presence on *Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and lead **influencer marketing* efforts. The ideal candidate should have a strong creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to convert our handmade story into engaging digital content.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

Social Media Management

* Develop monthly content calendars and execute daily posts on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.

* Create compelling captions and hashtags to drive engagement.

* Schedule and manage posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or similar.

Content Creation*

* Edit short-form videos, reels, and product stories using tools like CapCut, Canva, or Adobe Premiere.

* Design social media graphics, carousel posts, and ad creatives using Canva and Photoshop.

* Coordinate with product and photography teams for shoot planning and execution.

Influencer Marketing

* Identify and reach out to relevant influencers (especially USA-based micro-influencers).

* Handle gifting campaigns, affiliate programs, and influencer onboarding.

* Track deliverables, content deadlines, and campaign outcomes.

Analytics & Optimization*

* Monitor insights and performance across all platforms (reach, saves, shares, comments, video views).

* Prepare weekly performance reports and improvement strategies.

* Optimize content formats based on platform trends and audience behavior.

Required Qualifications:

* Graduate in *Marketing, Mass Communication, Fashion, or Design* (preferred)

* Minimum *1 year of hands-on experience* in social media or digital marketing roles

Skill Set: *

* Excellent command over *English* (written and verbal)

* Proficiency in *Canva, **Photoshop, and **video editing tools* (CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere etc.)

* Deep understanding of *Instagram Reels, **Facebook engagement, and **TikTok trends*

* Familiarity with influencer collaboration tools and communication

* Basic knowledge of e-commerce marketing (Amazon, Shopify, Etsy) is a bonus

* Strong time management, creativity, and ability to work under deadlines
