Job Summary

SpiderWorks Technologies is looking for a creative and result-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media trends, content creation, and performance analytics, with the ability to align social strategies with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content (text, images, reels, videos) across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube
• Manage daily social media activities including posting, monitoring, and responding to comments and messages
• Develop and execute social media calendars aligned with marketing campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams to ensure brand consistency
• Manage paid social media campaigns (basic to intermediate level)
• Handle online reputation management and audience engagement
• Support influencer collaborations and brand partnerships when required

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field
• 2–3 years of experience in social media management (agency experience preferred)
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Basic knowledge of social media ads and analytics
• Familiarity with tools such as Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, or similar
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Digital Marketing or IT services industry
• Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and branding
• Basic photo/video editing skills
• Understanding of influencer marketing
