Job Title: Social Media Manager / Producer Company: Soot 4 Brand Location: Zirakpur Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1-3 Years (Preferred) About Us: At Soot 4 Brand , we create high-impact digital content and brand stories through top-notch photography, videography, and social media content. From fashion shoots to celebrity campaigns, we bring brands to life with creativity and passion. We're now looking for a Social Media Manager/Producer who can drive our online presence and content strategy across platforms. Roles & Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Handle multiple Instagram, YouTube, and Facebook pages with a consistent content calendar. Design Tools: Should be proficient with Canva , Photoshop (basic level). Knowledge of Illustrator and Video editing is a bonus. Creative Ideation: Strong sense of trends, current memes, formats, and reel strategies. Capable of generating creative content ideas aligned with brand identity. Ad Campaigns: Should be confident in handling Meta Ads (Instagram/Facebook) and YouTube Ad Campaigns , including setup, optimization, and reporting. Content Creation: Ability to write scripts, draft storyboards, and curate content across formats – reels, shorts, carousels, etc. Team Coordination: Guide editors/content teams on direction, tone, and execution of content. Production Support: Assist in on-ground shoots, video production activities, and managing content workflows. Research & Insights: Stay updated with market trends, competitors’ strategies, and audience insights for data-driven decisions. Influencers Database: Should be able to do tieups with Influencers and Models for the company's upcoming projects. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in social media or digital content creation. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment. Passion for storytelling and branding. Understanding of influencer and creator ecosystems is a plus.
