Assistant Video Editor

As a Video Editor at Shoot 4 Brands located in VIP Road, Zirakpur, you will have the exciting opportunity to showcase your talent and passion for creating impactful video content for brands. Your primary responsibilities will include proficiency in FCPx or Adobe Premiere, with a preference for Final Cut Pro X. Knowledge of additional editing software like After Effects or DaVinci Resolve will be an added advantage. You should possess a strong creative ability to generate innovative ideas for video edits, comfortable working on short-form and long-form video content, and excel at editing engaging Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and brand shoots. Additionally, you will be expected to assist in content creation, participate in brainstorming sessions, contribute ideas for creative storytelling, transitions, and effects. Collaboration is key as you will work closely with content creators, directors, and producers to bring visions to life. A proactive attitude towards learning new editing techniques, industry trends, and taking on new challenges is highly valued. Your role will involve editing reels, long-format podcasts, and assisting in shooting branded video content. Previous experience in editing podcasts or interview-style videos is advantageous. You should be adept at multitasking, managing multiple projects efficiently under tight deadlines, maintaining a keen eye for detail, and ensuring high-quality output while adhering to brand guidelines. Additional skills such as knowledge of color grading, sound design, basic motion graphics, or assisting in camera work will be considered a bonus.
