Social Media Executive

Job Description:We are looking for a creative and performance-driven Social Media Executive to manage and grow our presence on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram). The ideal candidate should have strong design sensibility, hands-on experience with ad management, and the ability to craft campaigns that convert and connect with the target audience. Key Responsibilities:Plan, design, and execute paid marketing campaigns on Meta Ads Manager Create visually engaging static and video content for Instagram & Facebook Write compelling ad copy and captions that align with brand tone and messaging Track, optimize, and report performance of campaigns (CPL, CTR, ROAS, etc.) Manage and grow the brand’s social presence organically and via ads Collaborate with the sales/marketing team to generate high-quality leads Maintain content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts and ads Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and audience behavior Requirements:1–3 years of experience in social media marketing Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook + Instagram) – campaign setup, targeting, retargeting, lookalike audience, etc. Basic to intermediate design skills using tools like Canva / Adobe Suite / Figma Strong copywriting and visual storytelling ability Understanding of lead generation funnels and real estate marketing (preferred) Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Analytical mindset to optimize ad spends and improve ROI What We Offer:A creative and collaborative work environment Opportunities to work with high-end real estate campaigns Performance bonuses and fast growth for deserving candidates Exposure to cutting-edge marketing tools and premium branding work If you're passionate about social media, know what performs on Instagram and Facebook, and can deliver both design and performance — we’d love to hear from you.
