Social Media Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy & Management

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
• Manage daily posting, scheduling, and content planning across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and Twitter.
• Design and maintain the monthly content calendar.
• Increase brand presence and engagement through organic and paid strategies.

2. Meta Ads Campaigns

• Create, manage, and optimize paid campaigns through Meta Ads Manager (Facebook/Instagram).
• Set up audience targeting, budgets, and campaign objectives (traffic, lead gen, conversions).
• Monitor and analyze ad performance and adjust to improve ROI.
• A/B test creatives, placements, and audience segments.

3. Google My Business (GMB)

• Create and manage GMB listings for multiple locations (if applicable).
• Ensure up-to-date business information, photos, and posts.
• Monitor and respond to customer reviews and queries.

4. Campaign Planning & Execution

• Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns for promotions, product launches, or events.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and video teams to ensure cohesive campaign rollouts.
• Support email marketing and WhatsApp campaign efforts as part of integrated marketing.

5. Performance Analysis & Reporting

• Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and GMB dashboard.
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports showing KPIs such as engagement, reach, leads,
• Provide strategic recommendations for improvement based on insights.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
