Social Media Executive

Position Overview:We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing engaging content, implementing effective strategies, analyzing performance, and building strong online communities that align with our brand voice and business goals. Key Responsibilities:Content Creation & Management Develop, plan, and execute engaging content (text, images, videos, reels, stories, etc.) tailored to each social media platform. Ensure brand consistency in tone, style, and visuals. Manage the social media content calendar and ensure timely posting. Strategy & Campaign Management Implement creative strategies to increase brand awareness, reach, engagement, and conversions. Run paid ad campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter (X), and YouTube. Collaborate with marketing, design, and other teams for integrated campaigns. Community Engagement Monitor, respond, and engage with followers, comments, messages, and mentions. Build and nurture an online community by fostering meaningful interactions. Trend Monitoring & Innovation Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, features, and best practices. Suggest innovative ideas to keep the brand ahead of competitors. Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field. 1–3 years of proven work experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role. Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.). Hands-on experience with social media management tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite). Basic knowledge of paid social media advertising. Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with a flair for storytelling. Creative mindset with an eye for design and attention to detail. Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and work both independently and collaboratively. Basic understanding of email marketing and digital campaigns.
