Job Summary:

• We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Executive with hands-on experience in creating and managing short-form video content across platforms like Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
• The ideal candidate will also be proficient in video editing and storytelling to produce highly engaging, trendy, and on-brand content that drives engagement and brand growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, script, shoot, and edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form video content.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, audio, hashtags, and formats.
• Collaborate with content creators, influencers, designers, and marketing teams to align content with brand goals.
• Write compelling video captions, headlines, and CTAs to boost engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content strategies accordingly.
• Ensure that video content maintains high quality and aligns with the brand's aesthetics and tone.
• Schedule and publish content across platforms using social media tools.
• Respond to trends quickly and creatively to produce real-time content when needed.

Requirements:

• 1–2 years of proven experience in social media content creation, especially Reels and Shorts.
• Strong video editing skills using tools like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
• Creative eye for design, sound, transitions, and visual storytelling.
• Solid understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and audience behavior.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling tools like Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, etc.
