Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to achieve client objectives and enhance brand visibility across platforms.
• Manage all aspects of social media channels (including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube, and Twitter) including content creation, publishing, and community engagement.
• Create engaging and relevant content tailored to each platform's audience and optimize content for maximum reach and engagement.
• Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications, and apply insights to improve campaign performance and effectiveness.
• Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to measure the success of social media campaigns and provide actionable insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate closely with clients, creative teams, and other stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and alignment with marketing objectives.

Key Skills Requirements

• 1 to 2 years of experience in Social Media, preferably within an agency experience.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, their respective audiences, and best practices for engagement and growth.
• Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms.
• Excellent copywriting and content creation skills, with a creative mindset and ability to craft compelling narratives.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and metrics to drive decision-making and campaign optimization.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members, clients, and external partners.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
