What You’ll Be Doing

Plan, manage, and grow brand presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube.
Build and maintain monthly content calendars with strong hooks and platform-first thinking.
Collaborate with design and video teams to deliver scroll-stopping creatives and Reels.
Track performance through insights, analytics, and reporting — making data-backed improvements.
Research trends, competitors, and audience behaviour to find fresh opportunities.
Lead campaign ideation — from festive plans to influencer tie-ups.
Ensure consistency of brand voice while experimenting with content formats.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience managing brand accounts (agency side a big plus).
Hands-on with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, and LinkedIn analytics.
Creative mindset with a strong sense of what works on social and why.
Solid communication skills for writing briefs, captions, and campaign hooks.
Highly organised, proactive, and able to juggle multiple brands/projects.
