Junior Graphic Designer

As a Junior Graphic Designer at Blue Ocean Digital Media, you will be an integral part of our in-house team based in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. Your role will involve working on various digital campaigns, ranging from static posts and social ads to pitch decks and branding assets, to visually bring brands to life online. Your key responsibilities will include creating static creatives for social media, digital ads, website banners, and internal decks. You will collaborate closely with the content and strategy teams to transform briefs into engaging visuals while ensuring consistency with brand guidelines. It is essential to stay updated with current design trends, particularly in digital and social formats, and manage multiple design projects efficiently to deliver within tight timelines. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 12 years of graphic design experience, with agency experience being a plus. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva is required, while knowledge of After Effects would be a bonus. A strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy is crucial, along with a portfolio showcasing your best work across digital platforms. You must be open to receiving feedback positively and iterating quickly, demonstrating strong time management skills and attention to detail. Please note that this is a full-time position that requires working from the office, and you will need to have a personal laptop for this role.
