Role Description

Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities

• Create static creatives for social media, digital ads, website banners, and internal decks
• Collaborate with the content and strategy teams to translate briefs into engaging visuals
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines across all creatives
• Stay updated with current design trends, especially in digital and social formats
• Manage multiple design projects and deliver within tight timelines

Skills & Qualifications

• 12 years of experience in graphic design (agency experience is a plus)
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Photoshop

  ,

  Illustrator

  , and

  Canva

  (After Effects is a bonus)
• Strong grasp of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
• A portfolio showcasing your best work across digital platforms is mandatory
• Ability to take feedback positively and iterate quickly
• Strong time management and attention to detail
