Social Media Executive

BiGo Electric Pvt. Ltd. is seeking dynamic and creative Social Media Executives to join our marketing team in Kolkata. The ideal candidate should have a passion for digital communication, creativity, and a good understanding of current social media trends.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage daily operations of our social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)

Design and post engaging content including static creatives, reels, stories, and promotional campaigns

Track performance metrics and provide reports on reach, engagement, and conversions

Stay updated with social media algorithms, emerging platforms, and content trends

Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for campaign planning and execution

Respond to comments and messages professionally to engage with the audience

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

Proficiency in Canva and basic image/video editing tools

Excellent writing and communication skills in English

Creative thinker with attention to detail

Knowledge of social media analytics tools and trends

Freshers with internship/project experience in social media are welcome
