Social Media Executive

Looking for an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Executive with 3–4 years of experience, well-versed in managing social media for both service-based and product-based businesses. The candidate should possess strong storytelling and communication skills, with the ability to create engaging and impactful campaigns across multiple platforms. Should also enjoy working in a dynamic, fast-paced technology environment. The role demands a balance of creativity, analytics, and strategy to strengthen brand visibility and engagement.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Define & execute social media marketing strategies in line with the company’s marketing and branding goals.
• Manage brand presence across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) for both service-based and product-based businesses.
• Translate technical updates and product features into engaging, bite-sized content — memes, infographics, carousels, reels, you name it.
• Plan and implement social media calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posting.
• Create engaging content (posts, reels, videos, infographics, campaigns) in collaboration with design and content teams.
• Monitor social media interactions, manage community engagement, and maintain brand voice.
• Track performance of social media campaigns, analyze data, and prepare reports to optimize ROI.
• Collaborate with digital marketing teams to run and optimize paid ad campaigns.
• Support product launches, events, and thought-leadership activities through social media promotion.
• Stay updated with current trends, platform updates, and competitor activity to recommend innovative approaches
• Ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment across all channels.
• A strong visual eye — experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or basic video editing is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters in Marketing / Mass Communication / Journalism / Arts or related field.

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
