Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Assist in content creation including captions, creatives, reels, and short-form videos
Support video shoots, coordination, and basic editing where required
Publish, schedule, and optimize posts as per content calendar
Engage with audience through comments, DMs, and community interactions
Coordinate with graphic designers, videographers, and marketing teams
Track content performance and prepare reports and insights

Requirements

2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in social media management
Strong understanding of content formats, reels, and video-driven platforms
Good written communication and creative storytelling skills
Familiarity with social media tools, analytics, and scheduling platforms
Ability to work in a fast-paced, brand-led environment

Preferred Skills

Experience with automotive, luxury, lifestyle, or premium brands
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, etc.)
On-ground shoot coordination and influencer collaboration experience
