🎯 Key Responsibilities

Plan, create & schedule
daily social media content
(Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)
Write
captions, hooks & CTAs
aligned with brand tone
Coordinate with designers & video editors for creatives
Manage
content calendars
and ensure timely posting
Monitor
engagement, reach & basic analytics
Handle
client pages professionally
and implement feedback
Stay updated with
trends, formats & platform changes

🧠 What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of hands-on experience in social media handling
Strong understanding of
Instagram & Facebook algorithms
Basic knowledge of
Meta Business Suite
Good command over
English (written)
Ability to manage
multiple clients & deadlines
Eye for detail + willingness to learn

🌟 Good to Have (Not Mandatory)

Experience in
agency environment
Basic knowledge of
reels & short-form content
Canva / content planning tools experience
Understanding of paid ads (basic level)
