About the Role:

Maven Jobs is looking for a creative and strategy-driven Social Media Marketing (SMM)

Executive who has hands-on experience managing both Organic and Paid social media

campaigns, with a strong focus on Organic growth. The ideal candidate should be capable of

building brand presence, growing the right audience, and driving engagement across multiple

platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

● Plan and execute organic social media strategies to grow audience and engagement

● Manage and optimize SM profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, FB and YouTube

● Create platform-specific content strategies for business growth and brand visibility

● Plan content calendars and publish posts using automation tools like Buffer, Metricool,

or Publer

● Design high-quality social media creatives using Canva

● Create and edit Reels, Shorts, or basic videos (added advantage)

● Analyze performance metrics and improve content based on insights

● Manage paid social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn Ads) as a plus

● Stay updated with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices

● Collaborate with internal teams for campaigns, branding, and messaging

Required Skills & Experience:

● 1+ year of experience in Social Media Marketing

● Strong experience in Organic Social Media Growth

● Proven knowledge of LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube strategies

● Good designing skills using Canva

● Understanding of hashtags, posting timing, and audience behavior

● Strong communication and content planning skills

Good to Have (Plus Points):

● Experience with Paid Social Media Ads

● Basic video editing or reel creation skills

● Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking

● Experience working with business or brand-focused accounts

● Hands-on experience with social media automation & scheduling tools

(Buffer, Metricool, Publer, or similar)
