Social Media Executive

Role Description (What You'll Do):

•⁠ ⁠Act as the primary POC between client and agency

•⁠ ⁠Client servicing will be a major part of your role

•⁠ ⁠Lead brainstorms that go beyond surface-level insights

•⁠ ⁠Collaborate with internal departments to bring ideas to life and ensure client expectations are met

•⁠ ⁠Create and manage project timelines, deliverables, and approvals.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure clear communication of briefs, revisions, and feedback

•⁠ ⁠Good presentation skills. You’ll need to present ideas and concepts to clients in a way that gets them genuinely excited

•⁠ ⁠Keep a sharp eye on competitors, cultural shifts, emerging trends and dig into the research that fuels big ideas

Qualifications (What We're Hoping You'll Bring):

•⁠ ⁠1 - 3 years of experience in social media management, client servicing, or account coordination (agency experience is a plus)

•⁠ ⁠A solid understanding of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) and how content works on each

•⁠ ⁠Great communication skills, you can confidently talk to clients and clearly brief internal teams

•⁠ ⁠Super-strong organizational skills and comfort handling multiple clients at once

•⁠ ⁠An eye for detail when it comes to content, design, and brand voice

•⁠ ⁠Curiosity for trends, new tools, and what’s next in social media

•⁠ ⁠A team-first attitude with the confidence to manage client expectations and keep things moving smoothly

•⁠ ⁠Pro-activeness and Problem solving attitude
