Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive with 1–2 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our social media presence across platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with the company’s marketing goals.
• Create, curate, and manage published content (images, video, written) across all social platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.).
• Monitor, listen, and respond to user interactions in a timely and professional manner.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with the content, design, and development teams to maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and best practices.
• Run paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn (basic level).
• Assist in influencer outreach and partnerships where necessary.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of proven experience in a similar role, preferably in an IT or digital marketing company.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics tools.
• Proficiency in using tools like Canva, Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Business Suite, etc.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and content marketing is a plus.
• Creative thinking with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
