Job Description

As a creative and social media strategist support to develop integrated, innovative social media strategies, creates engaging content, manages campaigns, tracks key performance indicators (KPIs), and stays updated on trends and technologies to build brand awareness and achieve marketing goals. This role requires a blend of creative thinking for compelling content and analytical skills for data-driven decisions, often involving collaboration with design, copywriting, and marketing teams.

  • Strategy Development:

  • Design and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals. 
  • Content Creation & Curation:

  • Ideate, create, and oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content (including visuals and copy) for various social media platforms. 
  • Campaign Management:

  • Develop, manage, and optimize social media campaigns, including paid social advertising, to achieve set goals. 
  • Audience Research:

  • Identify and understand target audiences to tailor content and strategies for maximum impact. 
  • Performance Analysis:

  • Define KPIs, monitor social media analytics, and provide reports on campaign performance, web traffic, and user engagement. 
  • Trend Monitoring:

  • Stay informed about the latest social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure strategies remain relevant. 
  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and marketing and sales professionals, to produce cohesive campaigns. 
  • Community Management:

  • Respond to comments, messages, and reviews from followers to foster engagement and build brand loyalty. 
  • Budget Management:

  • Establish and allocate marketing budgets across various social media platforms and campaigns.
