Responsibilities -

• Develop innovative social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Conceptualize and oversee creative campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and emerging platforms.
• Manage ad creatives from ideas to execution.
• Research industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behavior to design impactful campaigns.
• Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video editors to bring ideas to life.
• Write compelling creative briefs and ensure brand tone and messaging consistency.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to optimize future strategies.
• Identify opportunities for influencer collaborations, viral content, and community engagement.
  

Requirements -

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• 1+ years of experience in creative ads strategy, creative direction, or digital content.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience engagement tactics.
• Excellent storytelling, copywriting, and creative ideation skills.
• Ability to translate brand values into innovative campaigns.
• Basic knowledge of design/video tools (Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is a plus.
