Social Media Creative Strategist

The Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Creative Specialist who can design and execute innovative content strategies across various platforms to enhance brand presence and engagement. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with expertise in content creation, social media trends, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation and Design

• Develop visually appealing, on-brand content (static, animated, and video) for social media platforms.
• Design and execute creative campaigns tailored to specific platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
• Create engaging posts, stories, reels, and other multimedia content to drive engagement.

Campaign Development and Execution

• Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and implement campaigns that align with brand objectives.
• Plan and schedule content calendars to maintain a consistent online presence.
• Utilize storytelling and creative strategies to amplify campaign messaging.

Trend Analysis and Adaptation

• Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to inform creative decisions.
• Analyze audience behavior and preferences to optimize content strategies.

Performance Monitoring and Optimization

• Track, analyze, and report on social media campaign performance.
• Use data-driven insights to refine creative strategies and enhance engagement.

Collaboration and Coordination

• Work closely with copywriters, designers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
• Collaborate with influencers or external creators to generate unique content.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in social media content creation and management.
• Expertise in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or Canva.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and audience engagement strategies.
• Proven ability to create content for multiple platforms, including short-form video and graphics. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in creating content for e-commerce or health and lifestyle or brands.
• Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
