Job Title: Social Media Creative Specialist

Location: Santacruz East, Mumbai (On-Site)

Salary Range: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month

About the Role:

We’re looking for a highly creative and strategically minded Social Media Creative Specialist to join our Mumbai studio. This is a dynamic role that combines visual storytelling, audience engagement, content production, and platform strategy. You’ll be responsible for building and growing our online presence across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube, with a global audience in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute creative content strategies tailored for different platforms and target geographies
• Regularly create and post visually engaging content (images, reels, carousels, stories, shorts, etc.)
• Conceptualize and edit high-quality videos, both on-site and in-studio, including behind-the-scenes, walkthroughs, and process features
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and leadership to showcase projects and the design process meaningfully
• Drive brand voice, tone, and storytelling consistency across platforms
• Monitor performance analytics, optimize content strategy, and grow engagement
• Stay updated with platform trends and bring fresh ideas for content formats and campaign ideas
• Organize and maintain a content calendar
• Occasionally assist with photography/videography on-site during key projects or events

Must Have Skills:

• Proven experience (3+ years) in social media strategy and content creation
• Familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, etc.
• Advanced video editing skills (Reels, YouTube Shorts, dynamic storytelling formats)
• Experience with photo editing and basic motion graphics is a big plus
• Strong understanding of platform-specific content performance and audience targeting
• Basic knowledge of web development or website content updates
• Excellent visual aesthetic, attention to detail, and creative sensibility
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work under tight timelines
