Social Media Coordinator

Coordination & Reporting: Conduct daily calls with website and social media teams to gather updates and review performance. Track previous day's activities, pending tasks, and upcoming actions. Digital Marketing Strategy: Plan and strategize new ways to promote products across digital channels , including marketplaces, social media, and company website. Monitor trends and consumer behavior to refine campaigns. Content & Communication: Approve blog drafts, product posts, and social media creatives. Suggest improvements, ensure brand alignment, and coordinate timely corrections. Order Management: Maintain and update Excel trackers for online orders – tracking pending, dispatched , and returned items. Ensure real-time status sharing with relevant teams. Internal Team Collaboration: Coordinate with sales, design, and dispatch teams for smooth order execution and campaign rollouts. Follow up to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. Customer Engagement: Distribute promotional content, offers , and festive creatives to existing and potential customers. Support lead generation and conversion via WhatsApp/email campaigns. Required Skills and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or social media coordination . Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Shopify/WordPress, and marketplace portals (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Proficiency in Excel , Google Sheets, and project tracking tools. Ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines. Preferred Candidate Traits: Passion for digital trends and consumer engagement.
