Job Summary:

Digi epitome Technology is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will manage and grow our presence across various social media platforms, engage with our audience, and help build a strong online community that reflects our brand voice.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc).
• Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and brand mentions
• Manage community engagement by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
• Analyze social media metrics and prepare performance reports to optimize future campaigns
• Assist in running paid ad campaigns and boosting posts when needed
• Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

Technical Skills Required:

• Proficiency in social media platforms and scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite)
• Knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or Illustrator
• Understanding of social media algorithms and analytics (Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, etc.)
• Basic video editing skills (using apps like InShot, CapCut, or Premiere Pro is a plus)
• Familiarity with SEO and content marketing concepts
• Smartly Handle

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and Master degree preferred
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas

Experience:

• 1 year (Preferred)
