About the Role: Are you a camera-friendly content creator with a passion for visual storytelling, video editing, and staying on top of social trends? We're looking for a Social Media Content Strategist who’s not only confident in front of the camera but also skilled behind it. If you live and breathe Instagram and know how to turn raw footage into scroll-stopping content β€” we want to meet you. Job Title: Social Media Content Strategist Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute a content strategy primarily for Instagram (Reels, Stories, Posts, Lives) and LinkedIn. ● Be the face of the brand β€” confidently appear on camera and host influencer-style content ● Plan, shoot, edit, and publish original, high-quality video and photo content regularly ● Stay ahead of Instagram and short-form content trends to boost reach and engagement ● Edit videos with a strong understanding of pacing, transitions, effects, and storytelling ● Collaborate with internal teams to align messaging and brand voice ● Actively engage with followers via comments, DMs, polls, and lives ● Track and analyze content performance, optimizing for engagement and growth ● Identify potential influencer collaborations and UGC opportunities You Are: ● A natural in front of the camera with 3-7 years of content creation or influencer experience ● Highly skilled in video editing tools like CapCut, InShot, Adobe Premiere Rush, or similar ● Able to shoot and edit mobile-first content that feels native and authentic. ● Trend-savvy, creative, and fast-paced in content ideation and execution ● A great communicator and storyteller who connects with online audiences ● Capable of working independently and managing content calendars ● Flexible, collaborative, and open to feedback Bonus Points If You: ● Have a personal or creator Instagram account with strong content examples ● Know your way around tools like Canva, Photoshop, or Lightroom ● Are familiar with cross-posting to Reels, YouTube Shorts, and Threads ● Have experience using Instagram Insights and Meta Business Suite for analysis Working Days: Monday to Saturday ( Sunday week off) Show more Show less
