At Social KRAFT, we specialize in transforming video content into powerful personal branding tools for creators, coaches, and brands. As we expand nationally, we’re building a content-first brand and looking for an in-house influencer who knows how to create viral magic on camera. Role Overview: We’re hiring a bold, creative, and high-energy In-House Influencer / Reels Creator to bring our brand to life on social media. You’ll be the face of InstaService across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok—creating scroll-stopping short-form videos that make our services fun, relatable, and viral. You must be comfortable acting, dancing, or using humor and creativity to connect with a Indian audience. Video editing is not required—we care more about your performance, messaging clarity, and viral instincts. Key Responsibilities:Be the on-camera personality for Reels, Shorts, and TikTok-style videos Ideate, script, and film 3–5 short-form videos per week with high viral potential Use trending formats, hooks, and sound bites to educate and entertain Simplify U.S.-focused service messaging (plumbing, handyman, cleaning, etc.) in fun ways Collaborate with the U.S.-based marketing team for ideas, scripts, and campaigns Monitor performance and adapt content to maximize engagement and reach Requirements: Strong on-camera presence with a bold, expressive, and fun personality Willing to dance, act, or use humor to boost content virality Proven track record of creating engaging, viral videos on social media Minimum 5,000+ combined followers across Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube Consistent engagement rate of 5–10%+ on your short-form content Strong understanding of U.S. social trends, memes, and cultural tone Perks & Benefits: Competitive pay + Variable Pay based on content performance Be the face of a fast-scaling U.S. tech brand Flexible hours and remote-friendly (India-based role) Creative freedom and high visibility Work closely with an experienced global marketing team How to Apply:If you’re ready to bring energy, creativity, and virality to our brand, we’d love to hear from you!
