Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and manage high-quality content (photos, videos, reels, and graphics) for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Develop and execute social media campaigns to increase engagement and brand visibility.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with company goals and project launches.
• Stay on top of digital trends, real estate marketing techniques, and emerging social media tools.
• Write compelling captions, taglines, and ad copy that reflect our brand tone.
• Monitor content performance and use insights to improve future campaigns.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing.
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar editing software.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and engagement strategies.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• A creative eye for design, aesthetics, and brand alignment.
