Role Overview

We’re looking for creative content creators who can produce 1-minute reels that simplify engineering, automation, and robotics topics — making them engaging for Instagram and Facebook audiences.

This is a performance-based opportunity where you’ll be paid ₹1,000 per approved reel.

What You’ll Do

• Create 1-minute educational or promotional reels for Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook).

• Convert technical ideas into visually engaging and easy-to-understand videos.

• Add voice-over, captions, and background music if possible.

• Collaborate with Trifactron’s team for topics and brand guidelines.

• Deliver 3–5 reels per week (flexible schedule).

Pay Structure

• 💰 ₹1,000 per 1-minute reel (approved & published).

• ⚡ Performance Bonus for reels crossing target reach or ad performance.

Ideal Candidate

• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, etc.).

• Has experience making Instagram or YouTube short videos.

• Understands trending formats, transitions, and storytelling.

• Interest in engineering, automation, or tech is a big plus.
